PAYING YOUR ACCOMMODATION FEES

WHEN TO PAY YOUR FEES?

We will email you with an offer of accommodation. Once you receive this you can accept your contract and pay your fees at the same time. Your acceptance of your accommodation contract is only valid if you supply payment details.

​

HOW TO PAY YOUR FEES

​

We recommend that you pay by Direct Debit, but you may also pay:

​

  • By Bank Transfer

  • In person at our main office (C/ Pedro Juan Perpiñan, nº 50, 03204, Elche)

  • In person at our secondary office (C/ Capitán Antonio Mena, nº 45, 03201, Elche)

​

You can pay your fees in full or in instalments (monthly). As well, you will have to pay a month in advance as a deposit which will be returned as you leave the accommodation.

​

Alpha University Accommodation is part of Grupo Coves. Our company is registered as state agency in the API organisation.
